No — you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your lawn, we'll take care of the application and leave a service flag so you know what was applied and when. We'll also send a notification when we're done.

For liquid weed control, we need at least 4 hours of dry time after application. If rain is coming sooner than that, we'll reschedule rather than waste a treatment. For granular fertilizer, light rain after application is actually beneficial — it helps activate the product.

Broadleaf weed control typically shows results within 7–14 days — you'll see weeds yellowing and curling as the product moves through the plant. Fertilizer results show up within 5–10 days as the lawn greens up and starts growing faster. Pre-emergent results are invisible but essential — you'll notice them in summer when crabgrass doesn't appear.

Yes — once the application is fully dry, typically 1–2 hours after treatment. We'll flag your lawn after every visit so you know an application took place. If you have specific concerns about a product we use, just ask — we'll walk you through exactly what was applied.

Peak Control focuses on weed and pest defense for lawns that need to get the damage under control first. Peak Growth is nutrition-focused fertilization to thicken and green up your lawn over the season. Peak Performance is the complete package — higher fertilizer rates, full weed control, and fall aeration with overseeding included. All three are 5 visits, except Performance which is 6.
