PeakGreen Lawn Care LLC ("PeakGreen," "we," "us") provides lawn care services in southern Minnesota. This page explains what information we collect through peakgreenlawncare.com, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Quote requests: name, phone, email, service address, lawn size, the services you're interested in, property details such as gates or pets, and any notes you add.
• Lawn questions: name, email, topic, and your question.
• Customer portal: customers sign in with their email and a PIN to see their own service address, program, visit dates, account balance, and notes. Portal lookups are not tracked by our analytics.
• Phone and email: anything you share when you call, text, or email us.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. It records things like pages viewed, links tapped (phone, email, and social links), approximate location, and device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers. It is not used on the customer portal.

How we use information

• To respond to quote requests and questions.
• To schedule and perform service, send reminders, and handle billing.
• To improve the website and our lawn care guides.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the business, and they process information only to provide their service to us:

• Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions (privacy policy).
• Google provides our business email and website analytics (privacy policy).
• Stripe processes online payments. We do not see or store your full card number (privacy policy).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Analytics: you can block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by turning off cookies in your browser.
• Your information: to ask us to correct or delete information you gave us, email info@peakgreenlawncare.com or call 507-440-7823. We may need to keep some records for billing and legal reasons.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, including keeping our customer records private and requiring a PIN to view portal information. No website or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
